Caroline Hedaya, the brainchild line of 2 FIT grads , has been a little under wraps since it's debut a couple of years ago.
The line is dedicated to ruffles. The sophisticated, girly frocks are made of thick silk, making them more forgiving than the flimsy material that shows every bump and lump. S
Pair it with a shrunken leather jacket and booties or pretty pumps and a cardigan for a more classic look.
